Ron Crabbe has been in the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) training business for more than twenty years.
In 1989, Ron began working for a safety training organization, where he gained his first experience, learnt the basics and became very interested in QHSE as a possible career path. Four years later, Ron moved to a small QHSE consulting company. Most of his work at that time involved delivering not only QHSE consulting services, such as management system development, QHSE auditing, incident investigation and overall risk management, but also training in all of the above areas. Soon after that, Ron joined ModuSpec.
Ron's career as a QHSE Trainer began when his mentor noticed Ron's great potential in the training area. Since that moment, Ron's coaching skills were used regularly, not only in the classroom, but also for developing new training materials.
Currently, apart from his QHSE consulting tasks, Ron delivers customized courses in the following areas: QHSE Management Systems, QHSE Incident Investigation, QHSE Auditing and QHSE Cultures. Thanks to his consulting work, Ron is able to keep up with the latest trends within the QHSE discipline and use his ongoing practical experience in his training.
Ron is a sports fanatic and enjoys almost every sporting activity known today. In his free time, Ron delivers health and well-being style courses.

What really drives me as a trainer is knowing that people are going to make the leap from the classroom to the real world. It is very rewarding when I am delivering a key point and see in the participant's eyes that they not only understand the concept, but that they are beginning to imagine how they are going to apply it in their jobs.
I always try to deliver my message passionately. If you do not care and are not enthusiastic, your audience will not only notice this, but you will lose them in a heartbeat. People want to know how much you care, before they care how much you know.
