Trainer support
- A limited number of participants (maximum twelve to fifteen persons) enables the trainer to provide personal attention to each candidate
- Specific training venue set-up establishes closer contact with the candidates
- Trainers are contactable by email after completion of training
- Trainings developed follow a specific approach, which have proven to be very successful during the previous five years
Technical support
- Candidates retain the exclusive right to consult ModuSpec's Technical Helpdesk at any time after completion of the training
- Candidates' technical queries are answered by discipline specialists (mech / elec / well control)

- Candidate registration system
- Potential further development training is identified and suggested
- Candidate's specific needs are registered
